PH33: an independent guide to the brand, its license status and look-alike sites

PH33 is an online casino brand promoted to players in the Philippines from the website ph33.info. This page is not that website. You are on ph34.info, a separate and independent information site whose address is one character different. Hindi ito ang opisyal na site ng PH33.

We don't run games, hold accounts or take money, so there is nothing to log in to here. What you will find is a dated check of PAGCOR's public license lists, a way to tell one “PH33” address from another, and a short checklist to run before any site gets your ID, your OTP or your money.

The short version

  • This is not PH33. ph34.info is an independent guide with no connection to the casino, and no login, sign-up or downloads.
  • License not verified. On October 7, 2026 we searched PAGCOR's public lists of authorized online gaming sites and registered brands and found no entry for PH33 or for any ph33 web address. See what we checked.
  • Check before you pay. PAGCOR's own lookup shows which online gaming sites it has authorized, and using it takes about two minutes. How to do it.
  • 21 and over only. PAGCOR's rules bar anyone under 21 from gambling, online platforms included.
  • Help is confidential. The National Problem Gambling Helpline answers on (02) 8248 9568. More support options.

What is PH33?

PH33 is the brand name of an online casino website that markets itself to Filipino players. Its homepage at ph33.info advertises slot games, fishing games, card games, live-dealer tables and a mobile app, and it describes sign-up as three steps using a mobile number and a password.

That is the brand's own description, not ours. We have not opened an account, made a deposit or played there, so nothing on this page is a review of its games, bonuses or payout speed.

Four things stood out when we read that homepage on October 7, 2026:

  • It says the casino is licensed and regulated, but the text never says by whom and gives no license number.
  • It displays a strip of logos (PAGCOR, the Malta Gaming Authority, eCOGRA and the UK Gambling Commission) as a plain image, with no license number and no link to any regulator's register.
  • Its contact block gives a phone number with the country code +84, which belongs to Vietnam (Philippine numbers start with +63), and the footer still carries a paragraph of “Lorem ipsum” placeholder text.
  • The footer links out to more than a hundred other domains under a Vietnamese-language label that translates as “trusted partners”.

None of that proves anything on its own. It does mean the page gives you very little that you can check, which is why the next section goes to the regulator instead of the logos.

Is PH33 licensed by PAGCOR?

We could not verify that PH33 holds a PAGCOR license. On October 7, 2026 (Philippine time) we searched PAGCOR's public lists for the name “PH33” and for any web address containing “ph33”, and found no match on any of them.

PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, is the government body that licenses and regulates games of chance in the country, including online gaming platforms. It publishes the brands and the exact web addresses it has approved, so anyone can check a site against them.

PAGCOR sources searched on October 7, 2026 for “PH33” and for any ph33 web address. The four dated lists are PDF files linked from PAGCOR's Electronic Gaming Licensing page; the date shown is the “as of” date printed on each list.

What this does and does not mean

Being absent from a list on one day proves only that. PAGCOR updates its lists, and a business can be registered under a trading name we did not think to search for. What we can say is narrower and still useful: the brand's own page offers no license number to check, and the regulator's public lists gave us nothing that confirms its claim.

A logo does not settle it either. In September 2023 PAGCOR issued a public warning about websites that use its logo without permission to mislead the public.

Why the license matters

PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco put the practical difference this way in August 2026: Basta’t may lisensya ang pinaglalaruan ninyo, mayroong process of resolution kung magkakaproblema kayo. In English: as long as the site you play on is licensed, there is a process for resolving problems. In the same statement he said that around half of the online gaming sites accessed in the Philippines are illegal.

When PAGCOR launched its lookup site in June 2025, it pointed to a growing number of complaints about gaming sites that do not pay players' winnings. It has also warned that illegal online gambling exposes players to scams, identity theft and credit card fraud, and that betting on illegal gambling activities is a criminal act.

Check it yourself in two minutes

  1. Open the PAGCOR Guarantee website (pagcorguarantee.ph). Type the address yourself or use this link; don't reach it through a link in a message.
  2. Use its search box, or filter by game type (electronic casino games, sports betting, bingo, poker and so on), and look for the brand name.
  3. If the brand is there, compare the address PAGCOR lists with the address in your browser, character by character. A listed brand does not make every similar-looking address legitimate.
  4. For the full registered-domain lists, open PAGCOR's Electronic Gaming Licensing page and read the PDF titled “List of PAGCOR-Accredited Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs”.

How can you tell one PH33 address from another?

There is no single address we can point to as the verified home of PH33. The ph33.info homepage itself mentions four other addresses (ph33.ph, ph33.com.ph, ph33-casino.org and ph33.com), and we could not confirm who operates any of them or whether they belong to one business. None of them appears on PAGCOR's registered-domain lists.

Our own address is a look-alike too: ph34.info is one digit away from ph33.info. We are a different website with different people behind it, which is why the notice at the top of every page says so. Ingat sa mga kamukhang site, this one included.

Which part of a web address tells you whose site it is

https://vip.brand.example/login

Read the name that sits just before the first single slash: here, brand.example. Anything to its left is only a section of that site, and anything after the slash is a page on it. If that middle part is not exactly what you expected, you are on someone else's website.

Four ways a look-alike address is built

  • One character changed or added. A 33 becomes a 34 (as on this site), a digit is doubled, or a letter O stands in for a zero.
  • The same name with a different ending. The endings .info, .ph, .com, .org and .com.ph make five different websites, which may have five different owners.
  • Extra words bolted on. Additions such as “-casino”, “-login”, “-vip” or “-app” create a new address that anyone can register.
  • The brand moved to the front. In an address like ph33.other-site.example, the site belongs to other-site.example, not to PH33.

Safety checklist before you register or deposit

Bago ka mag-register o mag-deposit, run through these eight checks. They apply to any gambling site, whatever name is on it.

  1. Get there on your own. Type the address or use a bookmark you made yourself. Never sign in through a link that reached you by SMS, Messenger, Telegram, a comment thread or an ad.
  2. Find the brand and the exact address on PAGCOR's list. If either one is missing, treat the site as unlicensed until you have proof otherwise.
  3. Ignore badges. Logos, “secured” seals and “licensed” banners are images that anyone can copy. The padlock in the address bar only means the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about who runs the site.
  4. Look at how it wants to be paid. PAGCOR said in December 2025 that it has prohibited credit cards and cryptocurrencies for betting, and that e-wallets and certain payment channels were de-linked from online gaming as a safeguard. A site that asks for crypto, or for a transfer to a private individual's account, is not behaving the way PAGCOR describes its licensees.
  5. Expect a real identity check, and be picky about who gets your ID. PAGCOR has described registered sites as requiring know-your-customer (KYC) verification at sign-up and a further check at login, such as a one-time PIN. That protects minors and your account. It also means you should never upload an ID or a selfie to a site you have not found on the regulator's list.
  6. Install apps only from an official app store. A file sent over chat or downloaded from a web page skips the store's review and can ask for permissions, such as reading your SMS, that a casino app has no need for.
  7. Keep your password and OTP to yourself. Huwag ibigay ang OTP kahit kanino. No genuine support agent needs them, and none will ask you to send a deposit to a personal account. Use a password you use nowhere else.
  8. Set your limit first, keep receipts, and walk away from pressure. Decide the amount and the time before you start, and screenshot deposits, bonus terms and chat replies. Countdown timers, “guaranteed wins” and bonuses you can only “unlock” with one more deposit are pressure tactics. On a licensed platform you can take an unresolved dispute to PAGCOR. On an unlicensed one there may be nobody to take it to.

What should you expect from a casino site like this?

These notes describe how sites of this kind generally work. Where we mention PH33, we are repeating what its homepage advertises. We have not tested any of it.

Account and login

The PH33 homepage describes registration with a mobile number and a password, followed by a login. On the sites PAGCOR regulates, expect more than that: identity verification before you can play, and a one-time PIN, video call or biometric check when you sign in.

There is no login on ph34.info, and this site never asks for your casino username, password or OTP. If you forget a password, reset it only through the casino site's own “forgot password” option, never through someone in a chat.

App download

The brand advertises a mobile app. We have not installed or examined it, so we can't tell you what it does on your phone.

The license check above applies to apps as well, because an app is only as trustworthy as the operator behind it. PAGCOR also told the House of Representatives in August 2026 that it plans to launch its own app, before the end of the year, to help players stay on licensed platforms.

Games: slots, fishing, cards and live dealers

The PH33 homepage lists four game types (slots, fishing games, card games and live-dealer tables) and names several well-known game studios. A familiar game logo is not a license. PAGCOR approves game content and licenses operators separately, and the license that protects you belongs to the operator.

How these games work, honestly: on a properly regulated slot, results come from a random number generator, so a machine is never “due”. Fishing games are arcade-style shooters in which every shot costs money. Card and live-dealer games add decisions but keep a built-in advantage for the house. Over enough play the house edge wins, and no system, pattern or “hot” account changes that. On an unlicensed site you have no way to know whether the games are even run fairly.

Sports betting

The brand's app pitch talks about betting with real-time odds and one-click bets. Sports betting is its own category in PAGCOR's licensing, so look under that category on the lookup and do not assume a casino approval covers it.

Odds include the bookmaker's margin, live betting moves fast, and one-click bets make it easy to stake more than you planned. Set your limit before the match, not during it.

Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses

The brand promises quick payouts and welcome bonuses. Those are advertising claims that we could not test.

Before depositing anywhere, read the withdrawal rules first: minimum and maximum amounts, identity checks, and any “turnover” or wagering requirement attached to a bonus. That requirement is the amount you must bet before bonus money, and sometimes your own deposit, can be withdrawn. If the terms are not published, or they change after you win, that is your answer.

PAGCOR said in December 2025 that licensed operators are now required to build in responsible-gaming tools such as self-exclusion and betting limits. If a site offers neither, take note of that too.

If you gamble: 21+, limits and where to get help

In the Philippines you must be at least 21 to gamble, and that applies to online gaming platforms as well as casinos. PAGCOR's rules also bar government officials and employees, members of the armed forces and the police, and anyone listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons.

PAGCOR's own reminders are short enough to memorize:

  • Gambling is not a source of income.
  • Set a time limit for every session.
  • Never borrow money or use all of your resources to gamble.
  • Don't chase your losses.

Kung hindi mo kayang mawala, huwag mong itaya. If you can't afford to lose it, don't bet it.

Warning signs

PAGCOR describes problem gambling as showing up in ways like these: betting more, or for longer, than you meant to; trying again and again to win back losses; debts and missed bills; borrowing or selling belongings to keep playing; thinking about gambling constantly; strained relationships with family; and feeling hopeless, anxious or depressed.

Questions people ask about PH33

Is ph34.info the official PH33 website?

No. ph34.info is PH34 Guide, an independent information site. It is not operated by or affiliated with PH33 or ph33.info, and it has no login, registration, deposits or downloads of any kind.

Is PH33 legit and licensed by PAGCOR?

We could not verify a license. When we searched PAGCOR's public lists on October 7, 2026, neither the name PH33 nor any ph33 web address appeared on them, and the brand's homepage gives no license number to check. Lists change, so look the brand up yourself on the PAGCOR Guarantee website before relying on our result.

What is the official PH33 link?

We can't confirm one. The name appears on several addresses, including ph33.info, ph33.ph, ph33.com.ph, ph33-casino.org and ph33.com, and none of them was on PAGCOR's registered-domain lists when we checked. For any gambling site in the Philippines, the address PAGCOR lists for a brand is the one that counts.

How do I log in to PH33 safely?

Only on the brand's own website, never here and never through a link someone sent you. Type the address yourself, check it character by character, use a password you use nowhere else, and never share your OTP, even with someone who says they are customer service. Before logging in anywhere, check whether the site is on PAGCOR's list.

Is the PH33 app safe to download?

We have not installed or tested it, so we can't vouch for it. As a general rule, install gambling apps only from an official app store, avoid APK files sent by chat or offered on a web page, and read the permissions an app asks for. An app is only as trustworthy as the operator behind it, so do the license check first.

How old do you have to be to gamble online in the Philippines?

At least 21. PAGCOR's rules prohibit anyone under 21 from playing in gaming establishments or on online gaming platforms. Government officials and employees, members of the armed forces and the police, and people listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons are prohibited as well.

What can I do if a gambling site won't pay my winnings?

Save the evidence first: screenshots of your balance, your deposits, the terms and any chat replies. If the site is PAGCOR-licensed, PAGCOR's contact page lists a channel for player account issues on gaming platforms. If it is not licensed, there may be no regulator able to make it pay, so stop depositing, change any password you reused, and tell your bank or e-wallet provider about the payments.

Where can I get help for a gambling problem in the Philippines?

Call the National Problem Gambling Helpline on (02) 8248 9568 or visit npgh.ph. It is a confidential service run as a joint project of PAGCOR and Seagulls Flock Organization, Inc. You can also apply to exclude yourself from gaming venues and sites through PAGCOR's self-exclusion portal. In an emergency or a mental-health crisis, call the NCMH Crisis Hotline on 1553.
